A.R. Lenoble Gentilhomme Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Chouilly 2013 (750ml/3) 2013

This particular cuvée is only made in great years from a selection of the most beautiful plots of from the Grand Cru village of Chouilly. The 2013 vintage reveals a subtle and original aromatic range to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with aged Gruyère or Comté.

Lots of salted caramel and wildflower honey on the nose, together with dried lemon peel and some dried apple. Full-bodied and very spicy, with tangy acidity adding vibrancy and life to the full body. Linear and integrated blanc de blancs.
