The 2nd Generation Rose 2020 is made from 85% Grenache and 15% Barbera, grown in the Galilee wine region. The wine at only 11.5% is comparatively low alcohol, which makes a welcome change.
It is a delicate salmon pink color, with delicate berry fruit, and a very nice and refreshing, cleansing acidity. This is the perfect wine for an aperitif or to accompany mezze or hors d’oeuvres. Another great addition to the growing number of quality roses in Israel.
