The 1848 7th Generation Cabernet Sauvignon is ruby red with hints of ripe red fruit, licorice, eucalyptus and tobacco. The wine is full bodied, with nice acid and tannin. The finish is long with lingering flavors of red fruit and spice. 

The wine is full bodied and velvety with a long savory finish.
