The prompt delivery of this grand scotch was just a part of the fine service. The packaging was very secure with each bottle nestled in its own gift worthy case. Of course, bouquet and taste of the whisky was the best part.

Placing my order went smooth sailing. As well as when I contacted them regarding the ship to address. My only complain is they should offer a gift bag for your bottle or gift wrap. Mainly when it's a Birthday gift or Hoilday gift to put under your tree. Beside that I heard he loved the gift. And we both agreed the we loved the bottle shape and the box.

Like it. The problem is that it is so good that I drank too much!

I live about 1600 miles from my family. So my brother and his wife carried the major responsibility for the care of our 96 year old mother. She has now passed. As a thank you for going above and beyond with her health and welfare. I sent him a bottle of said 18 year scotch. His comment to me was, He and a few friends enjoyed the scotch. I plan on sending him bottles of Scotch in the future.

Its difficult to shop these days. So when a scotch as good as this is available on-line, you buy it. Smooth? As silk. Taste?Honey, butterscotch ( not overly sweet).

This was a special bday gift for my Uncle and didn’t disappoint

What a marvelous Scotch whiskey. Subtle to the taste with hints of dark fruit, mocha, vanilla and soy spice. To truly savor it, pour and let stand for 20 to 30 minutes. It really opens up beautifully. A great finish, too.

While my favorite scotches are a little different from Glen M, this 18 year is great taste at s fair or ice (one of those whiskies where a tablespoon of water really makes it shine).

I was very happy with the ease of use in ordering and the shipping was not bad on price. I would have liked the shipper to keep me informed on delivery but it worked out. Overall highly recommended

FedEx missed their projected delivery date which forced me to re-schedule some additional time off from work, but overall at good first time experience. However, I also ordered 2 bottles of Talisker (same day). This was not in stock. No notices from Wine Chateau about not in stock or delayed shipment. I only learned about this when I called to inquire about my order (about 7 days after placing order). I was headed out of town. Thankfully was able to delay shipment... but not sure when or even if Wine Chateau would have notified me that Talisker was not in stock and order would be delayed. :-(

Ordering was very easy online. Communication was excellent. The price was very good, and the shipping came through in a well-packaged carton. The scotch was delicious.

i never received the order, called customer service on Monday 11/27, was told shipment is going out on that day, will receive on Tuesday. I didnot.

Purchased this for a guys weekend in the Pocono Mountains. It was so smooth and amazing we purchased another bottle after kicking the first!!! Highly Recommend!
