DESCRIPTION
This malbec comes from vineyards planted in the mid-2000s on stony soils whose 60–80 cm are considered deep in the Altamira context and planted 1,100 meters above sea level. Compared to Finca Piedra Infinita, its partner in this line, this wine is more exuberant, less austere and severe, and much fruitier, but it also has earthy notes that that lend a bit of complexity to the whole. This is a very young wine, but with acidity and structure it needs for another 10 years.
