James Suckling A juicy and pretty full-bodied cabernet sauvignon with plenty of currants and fresh herbs. The juicy palate highlights the freshness of the fruit. Tannins are tight and fine-grained. Succulent in the finish. A wine to drink now or hold.
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate The 2021 Q Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from Altamira and Gualtallary (in different parts), always fermented with 10% to 15% Malbec to add juiciness. So, it has the ripe but herbal side and the floral and berry notes with chalky tannins and the fine-grained varietal character. It's balanced, ripe without excess at 14% alcohol and has a long, dry and serious finish. They also use 500-liter barrels to age the Cabernet Sauvignon.
