With four decades of Prosecco experience, Fabio Zardetto decided to go deeper into the world of bubbles by producing this unconventional sparkler.
His rosé is made with 100% Raboso Veronese, which he chose for its impressive structure and lively acidity – which makes it very food friendly – as well as its appealing color.
