Wiston Estate Sparkling Rose Vintage 2014

Our Wiston Estate Rosé 2014 displays exotic notes of Seville oranges, cranberries, morello cherries, and sweet spice. With extraordinary complexity, there is great texture and elegance to this English Sparkling wine due to two-thirds of this cuvée fermented and aged in oak barrels. It will age very well, but this is a wine that is already brimming with individual personality and so is excellent to drink now, especially with food.

It can be paired with games dishes, such as Roast Pheasant and Smoked Duck, as well as Christmas Pudding and Fruit Cake.
