An Auslese from the Dalheimer Kranzberg site in Rheinhessen. Ripe apricot, honey and citrus zest with yellow peach and marmalade behind. Sweet, but the acidity keeps it from sitting heavy, and the finish runs long. Works as a dessert wine and just as well against spicy food.
