Weingut Materne & Schmitt Riesling Trocken "Winninger" 2019

The Winninger Riesling from the Materne & Schmitt winery is a brilliant yellow. Smoke, a light yeasty note and reduction characterize the complex aroma with hints of ripe peach, citrus fruit and mineral nuances.

All of this in combination with the phenolic notes that are clearly evident in the nose. In the mouth, the phenolic notes are again clearly pronounced. Very long, very powerful. Really a lot of power. The citrus fruit lags a little behind the apple and pear notes.
