This makes the wine less powerful and has those notes of the grape that are not noticeable when it has been under the veil for a long time and in criaderas. It also obtains a light aroma of dried fruits characteristic of the veil. 

It is a slightly aromatic wine but with a certain structure and a saline touch at the end. A delight and ideal for all those who want to get into sherry wines or for those who are already faithful followers of them and want something with a lower alcohol content.

On the nose, aromas of fruit and a light touch of nuts stand out. But it is in the mouth where its structure, elegance and salinity can be appreciated.
