Appearance: Light to medium garnet red with subtle orange hues on the rim, typical of Nebbiolo wines, especially as they begin to mature.
Nose: Aromatic and expressive with a bouquet of red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, interwoven with floral notes of dried roses and violet.
Palate: Medium-bodied with a high level of acidity and well-structured, firm tannins that are typical of Nebbiolo from this region. The palate showcases a beautiful balance of fresh red fruits”sour cherry, red currant, and wild strawberry”alongside more savory notes of dried herbs, leather, and a touch of tobacco. The tannins are firm but refined, providing excellent aging potential, while the minerality gives a distinct sense of place.
