1 Flasche Vilarna Cava BrutNur 5% Chardonnay ergA nzen die ansonsten streng katalanische weiAze CuvACe aus 55% Macabeo und 40% Parellada. Alle Sorten werden zunA chst getrennt vergoren und erst zur zweiten GA rung auf der Flasche vermA hlt. Nach 18 Monaten Flaschenreife verzaubert die duftige, zart perlende Cava mit seiner harmonischen Ausgewogenheit von reifen Fruchtaromen und frischer SA ure.Bright pale yellow with golden highlights. Candid on the nose with a good concentration of aromas, predominantly floral (white flowers) and fruit (green apples). Rounded in the mouth, the wine offers a perfect balance of flavors. It is rich and smooth with a very pleasant, well structured effervescence.

Vilarnau made its first aged Cavas in the town of Saint Sadurni d'Anoia in 1949. Sixty years later, the wines are now made in a state of the art winery, whose sleek minimalist design couldn't be further removed from the fortified Romanesque house that from which the company takes its name. The keyword at Vilarnau is 'precision', particularly in the vineyards. Winemaker Damia Deas has been at the helm for almost 25 years. This delicate Cava is a brilliant, pale straw colour, with medium-size bubbles. Simple yet delicate aromas of fruits, and hints of roses and other flowers.
