Nice rose color with a persisitent mousse followed by numerous fine bubbles. On the nose, this wine sports forward red fruit scents combined with citrus fruit aromas. Well-balanced and fleshy, this beautiful rose shows on the palate the same fruity flavors as the nose. Some acidulous notes on the finish give it a pleasant freshness. A really enticing wine.

This sparkling gem is sold by the split at a highly rated local restaurant for $12 (more expensive than a full bottle on this site). I loved it so much, I looked it up. Now I purchase it by the case of 12 for just about $10/Bottle. Some people say it's too sweet for their palate, but I don't find it sweet at all ... I'm pretty sensitive to sweet, so take my word for it ... I love it.
