I ordered a case of Prosecco in early June for an upcoming business event. The tracking showed a label created on June 14. It’s now 6/27 and I have not received the Prosecco. I’ve contacted the company several times and was assured it would be here, however the tracking still says processing. I will be requesting a complete refund whether I receive it or not. So frustrating!!!!
