Tomatin 36 year
This was a pretty good bottle of scotch. I'd never had Tomatin before, and I really did enjoy it. It was very complex on the nose and in it's flavor profile. The longer you waited after each sip, the more the flavors developed. This was one of the better bottles I've had in the $700 range. I would have given it five stars, but I've had a couple of others similar in price that seemed to have aged softer while remaining just as complex.
