The Wonderland Project No.9 "Special Selection" Cabernet Sau 2019 (Case only)

Dense opaque purple color, slightly sweeter creme de cassis and boysenberry fruit, terrific purity, a full-bodied texture, silky tannin and nicely integrated wood and acidity.

Saturated dark red. Darker aromas than the Missouri Hopper: red- and blackcurrant, black raspberry, licorice and burning embers. Denser and sweeter too, with good concentration and chewiness to the slightly grapey fruit flavors.
