DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
The Setting Cabernet Sauvignon Rockpile Ridge comes from high-elevation vineyards in the Rockpile AVA, where rugged terrain and limited yields produce concentrated fruit. The wine is crafted with extended aging in French oak to develop complexity while maintaining balance. The elevated site contributes intensity, structure, and freshness. On the palate, it delivers notes of blackberry, black cherry, graphite, and spice, with bold tannins and a long, powerful finish.
