They charged “shipping protection” on the reserve pass? What is going to be broken or stolen? A reserve pass does not ship. When I pointed this out and asked for a refund, they ignored the request, treated me like an idiot, and then stated that the extra charge if shipping protection would protect the reserve pass in the even if is stolen or broken. Again, what?! Who is the idiot here? Please explain how an item that isn’t being shipped is going to be broken or stolen!!!!!

Out of the 9 bottles ordered - 6 of them had the wrong vintage. I asked to be at least refunded for the reserve pass that i ordered along with the 9 bottles i ordered. I was told to provide pictures of the bottles which i did but never heard back. Not planning to order again.

I was able to order 4 cases of my favorite wine that has been in short supply in my area. It was shipped within a week, all the bottles were well packaged, & I signed up for the Reserve Pass so I get free shipping all year!

I purchased the shipping pass in June 2023, It is now November and the pass stopped working--it says 3 bottle minimum which I did and tried ordering 3,4,5,12 bottles and still it does not work. Don't waste your money. Im going back to Wine.com
