• Reposado tequila produced in Ixtlahuacán De Los Membrillos, Jalisco, at Compañia Tequilera Los Valores (NOM 1608) • Maestro Tequilero Ricardo Antonio Aguilar • Produced using 100% Azul aka Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) matured 5–8 years • 70% roasted in a stone oven and 30% steamed in a low-pressure autoclave • Milled using a roller mill • Open-air fermented for an average of 7 days in stainless steel tanks using ambient yeast and underground spring water • Distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills • Aged for 5 months in ex–bourbon barrels • Aromas of dried corn husk, celery root, and caramel-dipped apple transition to a warm, mineralic palate that echoes the nose with the addition of cinnamon, sweet cream, and tropical fruit • Verified additive free by Tequila Matchmaker • 40% ABV Los Valores Reposado Tequila is a purist’s reposado, made in the same fashion as their captivating blanco but matured in ex–bourbon barrels for five months before bottling. The result is a light, golden-straw-colored spirit full of unctuous vanilla, wood spice, caramel, and cooked agave.
