DESCRIPTION

Raw & cooked agave, earth, and a bit of smoke in the aromas. Cooked agave, roasted nuts in the taste. Finish with some orange peel and vinegar.

The flavor opens to cheesy, lactic agave but the pepper (44.5 ABV) cuts in to subdue the funk a bit. wood on the med+ finish.
