• Reposado tequila produced in the “Golden Triangle” of Los Altos, the highland plateau of Jalisco, by the Aceves family • 100% single estate blue weber agave Weber (Agave tequilana) grown at elevations over 7,000 feet • Piñas are mill-crushed and steamed for 24 hours • 72-hour open-air fermentation • Double distilled in a stainless steel pot still with copper components • Rested for 9 months in ex-Heaven Hill bourbon barrels • A nose reminiscent of coconut, crème brûlée, and roasted bell peppers precedes a rich, bold palate of caramel, soft cream, baking spice, and vanilla • 40% ABV This Reposado expression is marked by its distinct, bourbon-esque finish, lending crisp and pleasant tannic structure to neat pours and cocktails alike.
