• Blanco tequila produced in the “Golden Triangle” of Los Altos, the highland plateau of Jalisco, by the Aceves family • 100% single estate blue weber agave Weber (Agave tequilana) grown at elevations over 7,000 feet • Piñas are mill-crushed and steamed for 24 hours • 72-hour open-air fermentation • Double distilled in a stainless steel pot still with copper components • Aromas of green pear, white pepper, and yellow bell pepper lead to a rich and silky mouthfeel offering caramelized agave, peppercorn, hints of cinnamon and vanilla, and a distinct minerality on the finish • 40% ABV
