• Blanco tequila produced at Tequila El Rocio (NOM 1636) in Sierra del Tigre, Jalisco • Maestro Tequilero Juan Reyes • Made from 100% certified organic Azul (A. tequilana, aka Blue Weber) • Produced at an elevation of 9,000 feet • Cooked for 72 hours in a brick oven • Milled using a traditional stone tahona • Spontaneously fermented for approximately 80 hours using spring water and only ambient yeast, with fibers included, in open-air wooden tanks (tinas) • Distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills • Racy and generous aromas of lemon zest, green apple, kiwi, white flowers, pink peppercorn, candied cherries, and a hint of thyme; the complex palate introduces sweet corn, orange zest, tarragon, river moss, and saline—perhaps even a whisper of shellfish—in a delightful and mouthwatering way • USDA Organic certified • Jay Kosher Certified • Additive free • 40% ABV This is a thrillingly unique blanco tequila, full of tropical fruits and high-note aromatics, produced from certified organic agave and using the most widely admired artesanal methods at an elevation of over 9,000 feet…what more do we need to say?
