Savory and polished, this opens with heady aromas of white spring wildflower, citrus and stone fruit. The elegant, refreshing palate features pink grapefruit, ripe yellow pear and rosemary alongside bright acidity. A hint of almond lingers on the finish and lends depth.
Antisa is the “wait”, full of expectations and projects, dreams and trust. Our Catarratto is the most ancient, and “common” grape variety, typical of the Sicilian territory, but becoming rare. It’s cultivated at Regaleali at over 900 meters above sea level for a unique aroma with hints of pink grapefruit.
