Rosso di Montalcino by Tassi presents itself with a bright ruby red color, with nuances that tend towards garnet depending on the age. On the nose, it exudes a complex and intensely aromatic bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, enriched by light accents of vanilla and spices, the result of balanced barrel aging.
On the palate, the wine offers a robust structure, but at the same time soft and well-balanced. The acidity is lively but not invasive, accompanied by fine tannins that give the wine a long persistence and an elegantly harmonious aftertaste. Its flavor is a perfect balance between the strength of the young Sangiovese and the complexity obtained through maturation.
