- 80% Malbec, 12% Sangiovese & 8% Cabernet Franc
- Malbec was planted in 1992 to Gualtallary, Uco Valley. Sangiovese was planted in 1970 to La Arboleda, Uco Valley. Cabernet Franc, was planted in 1992 to Gualtallary, Uco Valley
- Hand harvested
- Whole berry fermented in small concrete vats, with very gentle and short pump overs
- Post-fermentation maceration of the Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. Malbec is racked off immediately after fermentation finishes. Complete malolactic fermentation
- 40% of the wine goes through a 12-month aging in used, 225L French oak barrels
