• 100% Syrah • Fruit sourced from 20+ year old vines Harcourt North in the Bendigo G.I. • Red Cambrian soils of the Mount Camel Range • Hand harvested • Fermented with indigenous yeast, 50% whole bunch • Aged for two years: one year in neutral wood (barrique through to 1000-liter) and one year in an unlined concrete tank
