Made using the juice of the Sudachi citrus, which is a Tokushima specialty popular nationwide. Sudachi Shochu retains some of this bitterness, acidity, and a sweet cirtusy aroma.
Great in cocktails, on the rocks, with water or club soda, and in cocktails.
