"• Vintage Bottled in Bond straight bourbon whiskey produced by Chattanooga Whiskey in Chattanooga, Tennessee • A blend of 3 straight bourbon whiskeys (marques SB078, SB091, and SB005) distilled in the spring of 2021 • SB078 (20% of the blend): distilled from a mash bill of 75% non-GMO yellow dent corn from Catesa Farms in Riddleton, Tennessee; 11% pale malted rye from Canada; 3% chocolate malted barley from Belgium; 5% cherrywood-smoked malted barley from the US; and 6% double-roasted caramel malted barley from the UK • SB091 (30% of the blend): distilled from a mash bill of 75% non-GMO yellow dent corn from Catesa Farms in Riddleton, Tennessee; 12% malted rye from Canada, 7% caramel malted barley from the US, and 6% honey malted barley from the US • SB005 (50% of the blend): distilled from a mash bill of 74% non-GMO yellow dent corn from Catesa Farms in Riddleton, Tennessee; 15% pale malted wheat from Germany and Canada; 7% oak-smoked malted wheat from Germany; and 4% caramel malted wheat from Germany • Each mash bill undergoes temperature-controlled, open-top fermentation for 7 days with a yeast strain typically used for single malt • Distilled in a 30-foot high, 18-plate Vendome column still and custom Vendome copper doubler • Aged a minimum of 4 years; non-age statement • Aged in a combination of charred barrels and charred, custom-toasted barrels including char #4 barrels, char #4 barrels that have been seasoned for 18 months, char #3 custom ""Barrel 91"" toasted barrels, char #2 custom light-toasted barrels, char #4 custom dark-toasted barrels, and char #2 custom rye-toasted barrels—all from Independent Stave Company • Made in 2 batches of 10 barrels each • Chattanooga celebrates the spring distilling season by creating a whiskey that foregrounds light, fresh flavors.
