• Single barrel straight bourbon whiskey produced by Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS) Distilling Company in Louisville, Kentucky • Bottled exclusively for Skurnik Wines & Spirits • Barrel A132 • Distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana • Mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley • Aged 10 years in a charred new American oak barrel; a portion of the maturation takes place at PCS Distilling’s warehouse where the barrel is heat-cycled, introducing temperature variation to raise proof and viscosity • Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength (hazmat level) of 70.2% ABV “This bourbon bursts with jammy red fruit, cherries, and roasted plum, alongside salted vanilla caramel and a nutty peanut butter brittle character that brings umami richness.
