Appearance: Bright amber-orange color with a slightly hazy, unfiltered appearance, typical of natural wines.
Nose: Aromas of fresh citrus fruits like orange and mandarin peel, alongside notes of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. There are also hints of white flowers, honey, and subtle herbal elements like sage or thyme, as well as a touch of nuttiness and a faint oxidative character.
Palate: On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a textural complexity due to extended skin contact. Flavors of ripe citrus, apricot, and nectarine are prominent, balanced by a zippy acidity. There is a noticeable tannic grip, adding structure to the wine, with undertones of tea, ginger, and a slight earthiness.
