DESCRIPTION
Soliste takes its name from the barrel a Burgundian winemaker keeps back for family. Elisabeth and Claude Koeberle started it in 2005 with 143 cases, and every Pinot Noir since 2009 has been single clone, single vineyard and single cooperage. Narcisse is wild cherry and peppery plum with violets, then cardamom, cinnamon, liquorice and pomegranate across a wide mid-palate.
