• Single malt whisky produced by Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel • 100% malted barley double distilled on copper pot stills • Final vatting is a blend of peated distillate matured in ex-Islay barrel and unpeated distillate aged in ex-bourbon barrel • Peated distillate is distilled from a mix of both peated and unpeated barley (40 PPM) • Non-age statement; aged a minimum of three years • A nose of puffed oat cereal and sea salt gently transitions to a palate of hay, clover honey, ginger, and pear skin with delicate peat throughout and lingering minerality • Star-K Kosher Certified • Non-Chill Filtered; 46% ABV
