• Aged Jamaican rum produced at Worthy Park Estate in St. Catherine Parish, Jamaica • 100% molasses from estate-grown sugarcane distilled on a Forsyths double retort copper pot still • Aged for 6–10 years in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels • Aromas of banana, baking spice, tea, and fennel give way to sweet toffee and black pepper on the palate, followed by anise, allspice, and overripe mango.
