In the evenings of Clandestine Tastings with my friend Carlo from the Enoteca Valentino it was immediately a "coup de coeur", translated into Italian as "love at first sight". 

Now, this Tradition is a pearl! Fresh, digested, soft bubble. Pinot Blanc gives a great vegetal note that gives an impressive personality.
