DESCRIPTION
Pure dusk is a Junmai Daiginjo sake in the Pure Series. Daiginjo is a subclass of ginjo and is the highest quality designation for all sake. It must be made from rice with at least 50% of the rice polished away and using only rice, water, koji and yeast in the brewing process.
This sake is brewed brewed with Akita Sake Komachi rice with 55% of the rice grain is polished away, resulting in a highly aromatic sake with fruit notes that perfectly complement traditional Japanese fare.
