Straw yellow with green tints. Nose: Aromatic notes of golden fruit pulp; apples, pears, apricots, peaches. With herbal and floral notes. Mouth: fresh and elegant taste, balanced acidity and an aromatic aftertaste on the palate. APPELLATION: Central Valley. VINEYARD: St Helena. GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.

AGEING: This wine was aged 5 months on its lees. PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed and macerated in cold temperatures for 10 hours, then fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures and the use of natural yeast. The wine rests on its lees for 5 months in stainless steel tank. Finally it is stabilized, filtered and bottled. WINE PAIRING: Fish, seafood, lobster, white meat, lamb, pork chops, pastas, risottos, paellas, carpaccio, fresh salads, appetizers, desserts, fruit and cream.
