Barker's Marque makes The Loop in the Awatere Valley, at the cooler, drier end of Marlborough, with most of the fruit coming from Blind River. Ninety percent is fermented in stainless steel and the rest in neutral oak. Lemon and lime curd, dried herbs and a light smoky minerality, with a long finish.
