On the nose, it displays bright red berry fruit, dark cherry, raspberry, and cocoa, with a touch of floral and spice; there are also aromas of cinnamon, star anise, and vanilla. The flvors mittor the aromas with deep cherry/berry fruit, red currant, leather and a long vanillin-oak laden finish.

The Estate Cabernet is the perfect complement to braised short ribs and over roasted vegetables - or just enjoy it by itself.
