Santa Carolina Sauvignon Blanc Reserva Estate 2019

Pale yellow color. Expressive nose of pink grapefruit and subtle hints of herbs and stones. The palate is juicy and fresh and exhibits nice balance between citrus fruit, peach, and passion fruit, as well as an intense mineral character. Its creamy texture makes it a superb pairing wine.  

Pair with oysters, seafood and quinoa salad, or garlic shrimp.

Vague grapefruit, lemon and passion fruit scents get pushed aside by more dominant vegetal aromas of canned peas and beans. This feels plump but undefined, while pyrazine-led flavors of canned veggies are backed by a short finish.
