Santa Carolina Reserva de Familia Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and elegant. This full-bodied wine features a deep red-ruby color, spicy and fruity aromas, and intense flavors of plum and jam.
On the palate, the round, velvety tannins provide a smooth texture and well-integrated oak character. Its long and elegant finish is rich with cinnamon and pepper notes as the wine is already developing a pleasant bottle bouquet.
This has attractive and fresh cassis with a fresh and attractive feel. Some dark, stony complexity on the nose, too. The palate has a very fresh and sleek feel with seamless, long and succulent tannins. Holds well. The right balance of structure and fresh fruit.
