The Grampians is about two-and-a-half hours west of Melbourne, the base of a mountain range that runs 2,000 miles up Australia’s east coast. Australia has a long heritage of Italian influence, notably boosted by post-WWII immigration.
It was the Italians who brought us the espresso machine and a love of table wines. We pay homage to their influence by drinking their Tuscan mainstay. This is another single vineyard, with vine age 22 yeas.
