Sandy Cove is produced by Marlborough pioneer Allan Scott, from selected vineyards that are farmed certified sustainably.  The fruit is picked at ultimate ripeness, and with the high natural acidity typical of the region. 

It is a balanced and elegant style, but still packs the refreshing punch that is classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Aged and fermented entirely in stainless steel, with a short amount of time aging on its lees.
