San Felice farms over 270 hectares at Castelnuovo Berardenga, the southernmost and warmest corner of Chianti Classico. Sangiovese with small amounts of Colorino and Pugnitello, the latter a near-extinct local grape the estate helped bring back. Red cherry and bramble with wild herbs and a flinty, iron note, and fine, polished tannins.
