• Single Barrel rye distilled by New Riff in Newport, Kentucky • Mash bill composed of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, all non-GMO • Open top, sour mash fermentation • Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler • Aged a minimum of four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred oak barrels • Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery • Expect full and bold flavor with distinctive characteristics that will change with each barrel selected • Gold medalist at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition • Non-chill filtered; bottled at cask strength (ABV varies from barrel to barrel) All New Riff Single Barrel whiskies are tasted and vetted by the entire New Riff production team, guaranteeing only the finest cask selections.
