Rich flavors of slow roasted meat, warm holiday spices and ripe black currants combine to bring the wine to a satisfyingly smooth finish that lingers long after the last sip. 

Tight and very layered with a powerful and intense center palate. Full body and chewy tannins. Juicy with lots of flavor. Needs three to four years to soften.
