DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Hans Rottensteiner founded this winery in 1956 and three generations of the family now run it, each looking after particular sites. The Pinot Noir grows on the hills around Bolzano and matures in large wooden casks. Ripe red fruit with morello cherry, raspberry and blueberry, still crunchy, and a sour cherry note that is the house signature.
