Really interesting wine and good value from Sainsbury’s for under a tenner. Lots of dark fruit and blackcurrant. Some oak, nice long finish but maybe slightly too heavy for my taste.

Upon tasting there's a lot of grippy tannins, vanilla, oak, leather. The weight and tannins of this wine are more reminiscent of a cabernet sauvignon than a sangiovese.
