Bourbon is usually made with rye or wheat as the flavor grain, but we decided totry to see what contributions other grains would have and started our flavor grain series. Each bourbon was mashed and aged exactly the same with only one difference, the middle grain, the small grain or what we call the flavor grain. 82% Corn, 9% Chocolate Malted Barley, 9% Malted Barley.
